不同生态保育尺度下铜陵市土地利用结构优化

Optimization of land use structure in Tongling city based on different ecological conservation scales

摘要:

与传统发展模式相比,新阶段的土地利用应该与区域自然基础和生态环境格局相匹配,科学判别和保护土地空间增长的生态底线,引导地区土地利用结构的优化具有重要意义。以铜陵市为例,从生态环境约束角度出发,利用土地利用的生态环境敏感性评价方法对区域用地进行分等定级,设定了不同生态保育尺度和不同发展情景下的用地约束界限。在此基础上对铜陵市土地利用结构进行多目标情景分析与优化配置研究,从保障生态环境约束并实现效益最优的角度提出铜陵市土地利用结构优化的方案。

Abstract:

Compared with the traditional development way, new land use pattern should be better adapted to regional natural and ecological endowments. It is of great significance to identify and protect the ecological bottom line of growth, in order to guide optimal land use. Meanwhile, in the process of urbanization and industrial transferring of Wanjiang city belt, ecological land occupation turns out to be inevitable. Therefore, land use structure optimization within ecologically allowable scale has representative and important significance.This essay introduced ecological priority conservation concept into traditional land structure optimization path, taking the city of Tongling as a research object. Firstly, the paper completed the evaluation of ecological sensitivity of land use, using ERDAS image and ARCGIS analysis platform. According to the ecological sensitivity scores, land in Tongling was classified into five grades, namely, most suitable construction area, suitable construction area, general ecological protection zone, the secondary ecological protection zone, important ecological protection zone. Furthermore, through matching different development scenarios and their corresponding ecological conservation scales, construction land constraints limit value and ecological conservation land constraints limit value on different ecological conservation scales were determined.Then, the multi-objective optimization model was established. Based on grey prediction of each target coefficient, a series of constraint conditions under the premise of ecological land conservation was set, in order to obtain the optimization scheme which can achieve optimal effectiveness under the premise of ecological environment protection. At the same time, considering different development scenarios, the model finally obtained multi-scenario and multi-objective optimization schemes of land use structure.Finally, through the comparison of different schemes, in perspective of protecting ecological environment and achieving optimal effectiveness, the paper selected the best land use structure optimization scheme for Tongling which most fitted the study area's development ideas and mode. In the future, the results will be applied extensively, as we look forward to applying this research path to other cities in Wanjiang city belt.
