摘要： 本文根据自然地理地带性规律指标与水量平衡原理,提出了统一需水与环境要求的跨流域调水水量分配的系统分析模型,并以南水北调一期工程为例,展示了地理系统分析的具体应用。

Abstract: The present paper mainly deals with water allocation in the First-Stage Projeet of the East-Route Water Transfer in China on the basis of system analysis from geographical point of view.According to water-heat budget of the water transfer regions, the water allocation can be estimated geographicallyby an index of aridity.
