摘要： 龙岩梅花山自然保护区位于闽江、九龙江、汀江三江发源地,本文阐述保护区环境水文特征,并提出保护利用水资源的措施。

Abstract: The nature reserve of Meihua mountain,is located in the boundary mountain area of Lianehen,Shanhang and Lonyan in the southwest of Fu-jian.It is the largest forest area of the southwest of Fujian,and the plant cover rate is 68.4%.It has a climate with transitional characteristics of subtropic and south-subtropic.The radical drainage is the riverhead of the Ting River,Min River and Jiulong River.The density of the draniage net is 1.21 km/km2.Runoff resources abounds in the area,with the annual average of rainfall of 1700-2000 mm.Runoff coefficient ranges from 0.6 to 0.65.The runoff is more than 1200mm with seasonal wet and low runoff varying clearly.There are about 332214.5 kW of water conservancy resources.
