摘要： 本文回顾了地缘政治学湮灭、复苏与自70年代以来发展的历史;对西方地缘学家对冷战结束后全球地缘政治格局的观点和主张进行了介绍和评述;提出了中国在未来全球地缘政治格局中的地缘战略的初步思考,旨在推动我国地理学界参与地缘政治战略的讨论和研究及人文地理学的发展.

关键词: 地缘政治学, 地缘战略研究, 中国地缘战略

Abstract: Taking the arising and declining in Geopolitics as the main lines, this paper reviews the history of the annihilating, reviving and developing in Geopclitics since the 70'. The ideas and Propositions about the global geopolitical framworks after the cold war ended, Proposed by the western geopolitical strategists, have been introduced and assessed as well.About the geopolitical strategies of China in the global geopolitical framworks in the future,the authous propose themselves framwork ideas, The aims of the paper are to push the Chinese grogrphers to join the discussion and researches on the geopolitical strategies and to promote the subject constrction and development of the all of human geography including Geopolitics and Political Geography.
