摘要: 本文以北京交通信息系统的开发研制为例,着重阐述了城市交通信息系统中交通动态管理模块的设计与实施。

Abstract: Urban Traffic Information System is advanced means to realize modern management on traffic information of cities.Beijing Urban Traffic Information(BUTIS) is an example of UTIS.It is designd for the aim of traffic macro-control and readjustment.It offers the foundational information for traffic management in Beijing,real-time tracking and regulative management of traffic trouble.Therefore,It is an information system of traffic real-time spedal management.The establishment of the system is made of block loading,by using the structure of tree form.In accordance with the application function.the system is composed of four blocks:present traffic condition,traffic plan,traffic management and background information inquiryy.The traffic management function is a principal part of UTIS.The development and programming of the data and models is finished with the help of AML and C languages.This paper mainly discusses the design and application of dynamic、management models in the traffic management system.These models include traffic trouble information inquiry and analysis,traffic route locking,traffic jam dispersal and emergency disposal processing.It offers an open application system,in which the dynamic traffic management can be done in real-time.
