养鱼污水中鱼和树脂-半透膜囊对铜吸收的对比研究

摘要: 在实验室条件下对比了彩虹方头鱼和树脂-半透膜囊对养鱼污水中铜的吸收,同时在野外条件下对比了鲤鱼和树脂-半透膜囊对铜的吸收。研究结果表明,树脂-半透膜囊的铜吸收量与鱼的金属吸收量存在显着的线性正相关关系,利用树脂-半透膜囊可以有效地模拟鱼对重金属的长期累积吸收。

Abstract: A comparison of copper accumulation in Paracheriodon innesi and dialysis membrane in the contaminated fish pond water was conducted both in lab and in situ. The results showed that the amount of copper absorbed by the dialysis membrane was closely correlated to the amount of copper accumulated in fish(gills). It is a feasible way to monitor the accumulation in aquatic creatures in a long term.
