摘要: 混沌理论中,人们提出了一些非线性复杂现象的分析方法。在这些方法的启发下,我们曾研究了淮河流域洪涝变化的分形特征和混沌性。在先前研究的基础上,该文以淮河流域洪涝变化为对象,通过表征相空间轨道附近平均收缩(发散)特征的Lyapunov指数,定量地分析和论证了淮河流域洪涝变化的耗散性。淮河流域洪涝变化耗散性的定量论证标志着在地理系统非线性研究方面进行了新的尝试和探索

Abstract: Within the field of chaos theory, several methods for the analysis of complex dynamical system have been proposed recently. In the light of these ideas and methods, we have analyzed the fractal and chaotic characteristics of the flood series in the Huaihe River Basin. The present paper follows our preceding research, quantitatively analyses dissipation of the flood series in the Huaihe River Basin be means of Lyapunov exponent spectrum with illustrates the average convergence and/or divergence near trajectories in phase space. The research shows that the Lyapunov exponent of the flood series in the Huaihe River Basin has positive and negative exponents, and zero as well. Furthermore, the total Lyapunov exponents is less than zero. That quantitatively demonstrates the flood system of the Huaihe River Basin is dissipative according to the dissipative theory by Prigogine and chotic characteristic according to the chaotic theory.The quantitative analysis to the dissipation of the flood series in the Huaihe River Basin demonstrates that the quantitative and nonlinear study in geographical system has begun, although geographical system is an open and very complex one. Apparently, it has positive significance to the quantitative and nonlinear study of geographical system.
