广州市物流企业空间布局特征及其影响因素

Spatial distribution of logistics enterprises in Guangzhou and its influencing factors

摘要: 管理学和经济学多从宏观视角进行物流业整体发展战略的研究,工程学和运筹学偏重物流企业内部流程和设施设计,对于中观层面的城市物流企业的空间研究比较薄弱,实证研究尤为缺乏。文章基于对广州市3771家物流企业调查资料,运用GIS空间分析方法,探究广州市物流企业的空间集聚特征,揭示影响其空间格局的主要因素,研究表明:广州市物流企业的空间分布具有显著的向心集聚性,从城市中心区向郊区和外围县级市,物流企业数量明显递减;物流企业沿城市交通主、次干道呈轴线状分布;物流企业区位选择具有服务依赖性,城市工业区和商务区是物流企业的重要集聚区;物流企业的空间格局是区位、交通、政策、地区经济实力和地价等因素综合作用的结果。

Abstract: The article is presented based on the material of inspecting 3771 logistics enterprises in Guangzhou at first hand. It uses spatial analysis method of GIS to investigate the spatial distribution of logistics enterprises in Guangzhou City, and reveals the main factor affecting its spatial structure. The result shows that the spatial distribution of logistics enterprises in Guangzhou has the centripetal characteristic that the number of logistics enterprises obviously gradually decreases from the downtown to the suburban area and the peripheral county level cities; logistics enterprises present axial distribution along the major and minor trunk roads. And the selection of logistics enterprises zone has service dependence; urban industrial areas and business districts are important gathering areas of logistics enterprises. The spatial structure of logistics enterprises is the result of comprehensive function of location, transportation, policy, regional economic strength and land price.
