苏南发达地区限制开发区域的范围划定与规划对策——以江阴市南部六镇不开发区规划为例

Abstract

Abstract: Jiangyin firstly proposed the concept of “No Developing Zone”, which has drawn national people’s attentions and can be called the Southern Jiangsu edition of “Smart Growth”. “No Developing Zone” is a colloquial phrase, which is not a region that can’t be developed, but is only limited on industrial developing and intense building activities. This paper takes an case study of the Southern Jiangyin no developing zone planning, introduces a method of the limited development zone scoping based the study area’s current land use map and anti-development suitability evaluation, and then puts forward many measures on how to practice protected-development. It is good for the study area’s spatial optimization and economic transformation and upgraded, and provides a good experience for China's other developed areas.
