Chinese urban indemnificatory housing system has a direct effect on indemnificatory communities. These national social spaces presented different types in different areas. This article, taking Guangzhou as the research area, divides Guangzhou's indemnificatory communities constructed since 1986 into four types by teasing the evolvement and implement of indemnificatory system in Guangzhou:the communities built from 1986 to 1998 which accommodated those families living in poor conditions from their workplaces, the communities built from 1999 to 2005 where those families with poor living conditions from Party & government organizations and educational & medical system dwelt, newly-built communities after 2006 which carried those low-income families with poor living conditions and Guangzhou's urban Hukou, the communities whose construction went through every stage and which carried the families from more types. The author applied "typical-research "to analyze every type's evolving path as well as sociospatial characteristics. Those characteristics were concluded as follows:hell-fired poverty and homogeneous space similar to western social public settlements under the free-welfare system (excluding the racial segregation), poverty space which falls in between the poor &heterogeneous space from Chinese urban ubiquitous poverty-centralized areas and mixed-and-ordered space from the western mixed-community but more heterogeneous, mixed space which falls in between the two but more ordered, non-poverty space similar to commercial communities.
